The Norwegian DTT provider RiksTV, which transmits over 50 TV channels, has selected Eurofins Digital Testing and its cloud-based TestWizard system to automate monitoring of service availability and performance on standard and high definition channels. TestWizard reduces the time spent on repetitive, manual tests by providing automated tests cases.
RiksTV manages channel distribution across the terrestrial network and for IP streamed services. Its DTT network includes 450 ground-based transmitters, providing reach into 98% of Norwegian households and 90% of all holiday homes in the country.
