HBO Max and KPN have struck a multi-year distribution deal which will make the streamer available to 3.6 million households in the Netherlands. From September, the Dutch telco’s customers can add an HBO Max subscription to their Internet, TV or Mobile subscriptions. Customers who already have a HBO Max subscription can transfer their account to KPN and continue to pay via their invoice with the telco. They can do this by ordering HBO Max from KPN and then logging in with their current HBO Max login information when activating the service.
The streamer’s offering in the Netherlands includes content from Warner Bros. such as The Batman, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore and Dune, HBO series such as Succession and Euphoria, and Max Originals including The Staircase, Hacks and The Flight Attendant. HBO Max will also offer House of Dragon, the anticipated prequel series to Game of Thrones. Additionally, the streamer includes family content such as Looney Tunes cartoons and Teen Titans Go!

Customers will be able to watch the service on their Smart TVs (Samsung, LG or Android TV), Chromecast or Apple TV, laptop, smartphone, tablet or game consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox One. Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S).
