Enensys Technologies has become a member of HbbTV, the association that aims to standardise the delivery of broadcast and broadband services via connected TVs and devices.
Enensys designs and manufactures equipment and software that enables video delivery over broadcast and telecom networks, and is compatible with technologies including DVB, ATSC, ISDB, DAB, DTMB, 4G and 5G.
“Our mission is to support the actors of the broadcast world to help them optimise and monetise the distribution of their content,” said Régis Le Roux, CEO and Founder of Enensys.
“Interactive services are a complementary way to enable this monetisation, in particular through targeted advertising.”
HbbTV is an international standardisation organisation with over 70 members, including Sky, BBC, Mediaset, RAI, RTL, Prosieben, Freeview, Freesat, Google, Vewd, Viaccess-Orca, Samsung, LG and Panasonic.
Enensys is a French technology company with offices in Rennes, Paris and Washington.
